What You’ll Be Doing

• Analyze product, customer, and business data to generate clear, actionable insights
• Write efficient SQL queries (ex: PostgreSQL or similar) to explore, validate, and transform data
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (ex: Metabase or similar)
• Translate data into stories — choosing the right charts and visuals to communicate insights clearly
• Ability to work closely with Product, Operations, and Tech teams to support decision-making
• Open to learn more about descriptive and inferential statistics to understand trends, patterns, and performance
• Open to learn more about A/B experiments to evaluate product and business changes

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role
• Solid knowledge of SQL(ex: PostgreSQL or similar) for data analysis
• Hands-on experience with BI tools (ex: Metabase or similar)
• Strong Soft Skills, including
  • Having a high bar for knowledge management (documentation), and organizational responsibilities (time-management, reporting, communication).
  • Equally interested in the technical aspects of your job and the business implications of it.
  • Taking ownership of your work and its impact.
  • Communicating and collaborating proactively.
  • Welcoming open dialogue and a culture of feedback.
  • Good English communication skills
• Awareness & Knowledge of AI flows, tools, and basic foundational knowledge
• Solid data storytelling skills — understanding which graphs to use and why
• Basic foundational skills (ex., basic GitHub, version control, Agile workflow)
• Basic statistical knowledge, including descriptive and inferential statistics
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with A/B testing concepts is a plus
• Working knowledge of a scripting language (ex., Python) is a plus
• Familiarity with modern data stacks, including ETL/ELT workflows, data modeling fundamentals, and analytical warehouses (ex., ClickHouse) is a plus
• Prior experience working with e-commerce or marketplace data is a plus
