The new joiner will support the business by protecting the company’s legal and regulatory interests, maintaining contracts, legal documentation, and government transactions in compliance with Iraqi laws. Represents the company before official authorities, handles legal cases within the work scope, monitors regulatory changes, and provides legal guidance.
To perform the tasks this job requires bachelor’s degree in law, 5+ years of legal experience, Kurdistan Bar Association membership, strong MS Office skills, fluency in Kurdish and Arabic, (English is an advantage), and as part of the job requirements the employee should be able to travel within or outside of Iraq.
