Organize a transportation mechanism for shipping equipment between Asiacell locations.

·      Daily dispatch plan from the supervisor, reception of the trucks at the warehouse and directing them to the stores for loading, checking physically the shipments ready for load from the store keepers and reporting if there is any damage or discrepancy, supervising the loading and the departure to the destination (Regional warehouses and sites).

·      Tracking the departed shipments until their arrival via phone and e mailing the Logistics and Warehouse staff at the destination (areas) on the status of the shipment to confirm the arrival, including the concerned departments requested the service

·      Check the system for any orders need actions from the logistic and start the actions according to the process.

·      Covering, packaging and lining the materials through using covers to avoid breakage and damage of materials.

·      Packaging and sticking process of the Sim Cards per any requirements requested from the Marketing BU.

·      Coordinate with the contractor for any service required according to the contract and releasing the permission letters for the drivers and tracks

·      Provide all the related documents for the audit

·      Submit a PR in the system for monthly payments/ (Regions only)

·      Any other duties by the supervisor /manager at any time required.

·      Computer skills (Microsoft Office)

·      2 years’ experience in field.
