As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to strengthen and lead our technical service operations in Sulaymaniyah.

Role Overview

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for managing and guiding a team of technicians, ensuring that all installation, maintenance, and repair services are performed safely, efficiently, and in line with company standards. This role requires both strong technical expertise and proven leadership abilities to drive performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and support a team of service technicians.
• Plan, assign, and monitor daily technical tasks, including maintenance, installation, and repair.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Oversee technical resources, tools, and spare parts inventory.
• Prepare regular performance and service reports, recommending process improvements.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of technical experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
• Strong knowledge of small appliances and/or kitchen products.
• Proven ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities; detail-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in Arabic; proficiency in English is preferred.
• Relevant certifications (Electrical, HVAC, Mechanical) are considered an advantage.
