We are seeking a strategic, creative, and hands-on Marketing Manager to join our high-performance marketing team at Ruyat Technologies. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving campaign strategy, overseeing brand messaging, and executing high-impact marketing initiatives across multiple channels. You’ll work closely with the design, content, social media, and product teams to grow brand awareness.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies.
• Manage brand positioning, digital presence, and campaign performance.
• Align marketing efforts with business goals in close collaboration with internal teams.
• Lead product launches, trader campaigns, and community events.
• Work with design and content teams to produce creative, on-brand assets.
• Track and analyze campaign results to inform ongoing strategy.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels.
• Build relationships with external partners, influencers, and media.
• Manage the marketing calendar and coordinate cross-functional workflows.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a track record of leading campaigns and teams.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing, brand strategy, and content creation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Creative thinker with a data-driven approach.
• Adaptable, proactive, and thrives under pressure.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
