• Manage marketing budgets and evaluate ROI of campaigns and promotions.
• Collaborate with product development teams to design market-driven solutions and services.
• Oversee customer segmentation, profiling, and data quality management.
• Drive initiatives for upselling, cross-selling, and customer retention.
• Monitor market trends, conduct pricing analysis, and recommend strategy adjustments.

People Management:

• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
• Oversee workflow efficiency and process automation.
• Ensure accurate reporting and effective documentation within the department.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ISP or Telecom, including at least 2 years in a marketing management role.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, market research, and product positioning.
• Excellent command of English and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
