Position Overview
The Marketing Supervisor will oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing activities to strengthen the company’s position in the industry. This role combines marketing strategy, CRM, brand management, and public relations (PR) to ensure seamless customer engagement and consistent brand visibility. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth, improve customer loyalty, and enhance the company’s reputation across traditional and digital platforms.
Responsibilities
Marketing Plan & Execution
- Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with company objectives, product launches, and sales targets.
- Supervise daily marketing operations, ensuring effective execution of campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Analyze competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
- Coordinate with marketing teams, agencies, vendors, and media partners for campaign execution.
- Sharing monthly report with company GM on competition, retail activities, and market trend.
Branding & Public Relations (PR)
- Strengthen the company’s brand image across all communication channels.
- Lead PR efforts: Events, corporate announcements, media coverage & Communication
- Build relationships with Media channels, influencers, and industry partners to increase exposure.
- Organize product launches, sponsorships, and brand activation events.
- Develop brand storytelling strategies highlighting innovation, quality, service and customer experience.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Oversee CRM operations to ensure seamless communication with customers and prospects.
- Monitor and manage customer databases to improve lead, retention, and satisfaction.
- Analyze customer data to generate insights for targeted campaigns and loyalty programs.
- Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure follow-up and after-sales engagement.
- Track customer feedback, online reviews, and social media interactions, ensuring timely responses.
Digital Marketing & Communication
- Oversee social media, SEO/SEM, and online advertising campaigns.
- Ensure relevant and engaging content creation for digital platforms.
- Monitor digital engagement metrics and optimizing strategies where needed.
Team Leadership & Coordination
- Supervise and mentor junior marketing and CRM staff.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and customer service departments to align customer-centric strategies.
- Manage budgets, track ROI, and prepare performance reports for management.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of marketing, PR, branding, and CRM systems.
- Experience in electronics or the consumer goods industry preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and social media tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Leadership and team management capability with a results-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to move between the cities for market visit purposes and branch visits
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (master’s degree preferred).
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record in CRM campaigns, PR initiatives, and brand building.
- Electronics/technology industry background is an advantage.
- English & Arabic languages are required
