Job Summary

A passionate and detail-oriented Odoo Functional Implementer to join our ERP team. You will play a critical role in analyzing business requirements, mapping them to Odoo features, configuring the system accordingly, and training end-users. This role requires strong business process knowledge and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• · Gather and analyze client business requirements.
• · Translate business needs into functional specifications and configure Odoo modules accordingly.
• · Conduct gap analysis and suggest suitable Odoo solutions.
• · Implement and test Odoo standard modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.
• · Provide functional support and training to end-users.
• · Document business processes and solution designs.
• · Collaborate with technical developers to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, IT, or related field.
• · Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Odoo ERP implementation (functional role).
• · Strong understanding of business workflows (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.).
• · Hands-on experience with Odoo versions 15/16/17/18.
• · Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks effectively.
• · Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• · Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• · Arabic & English fluency (written and spoken).
