Al-Afif Food Industries Company (Abu Afif Sweet)

Al-Afif, a leading company in the production of sweets and baked goods, is seeking a professional Production Manager to oversee factory operations and ensure the highest standards of quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and organize daily production schedules.

Oversee all production operations and ensure workflow efficiency.

Assess resource and project requirements, and allocate staff accordingly.

Supervise production staff and ensure team coordination.

Implement quality control and food safety programs.

Monitor product standards and enforce health and safety regulations.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure on-time delivery.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during production.

Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Industrial Management, Production Engineering, Food Science).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in production management in the food industry, preferably in sweets manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of production procedures, quality assurance, and safety standards (e.g., HACCP / ISO).
• Proven leadership skills, problem-solving ability, and sound decision-making.
• Proficiency in using production management and operational reporting systems.

Work Location: Company Factory – Baghdad / Al-Karrada

Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1-hour break included)

Contract Type: Full-time – Permanent
