Job Description
As a Network Infrastructure Project Manager at Nokia, you will lead complex customer programs, harnessing your expertise to ensure successful project delivery that meets technical, budgetary, and quality expectations. HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of complex customer projects in the Network Infrastructure domain, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards.
- Lead cross-functional project teams by assigning tasks, providing guidance, and empowering team members for optimal project delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, managing their expectations and securing formal acceptance of project deliverables.
- Utilize project management tools and methodologies (PMBOK® standards) to monitor progress, perform risk assessments, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and team meetings, fostering a collaborative environment to drive continuous improvement.
- Analyze project metrics and financial data to ensure profitability and identify new business opportunities.
- Proactively manage technical risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential issues impacting project success.
- Champion outstanding delivery and drive operational excellence in Mega NI projects across the Middle East.
Qualifications
You have:
- Solid technical background in IP and Optics Networks and Fixed Networks.
- Strong experience in project management.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects, teams, and stakeholders.
- Fluency in English (oral and written).
It would be nice if you also had:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
- Experience with PMBOK® guidelines and Nokia Project Management processes.
- Knowledge of risk management strategies and corrective action planning.
- Experience in customer relationship management during project execution.
