Job Description

Mission of the job

Support in the adoption of new system, tools, identifying gaps, and evolving to support business transformation initiatives from Commercial-Tech side

 

Tasks and Responsibilities

·      Full coordination between stakeholders in Commercial, Technical and vendors for new Commercial-systems, including requirements gathering and validation to RFP drafting, vendor evaluation and system go-live assurance

·      Support in creating documentation, flows that will allow seamless implementation with the relevant stockholders

·      Quality of the delivery in term of implementation, information gathering, functional and performance

·      Support in Create smooth process, documentation and automation for Collaboration with stakeholders from Commercial and technology teams for seamless development and rollout of solutions/ systems

·      Support in delivering roadmap, execution to support the business evolution and market dynamic changes

·      Support in managing Scratch card production End-To-End process

·      Support in deep dive the current used technology in commercial and how to evolve, introduce new technologies that will align with overall marketing and business strategies

·      Vendor Management commercial department, Business System & Technical by Managing relationships with technology vendors and ensuring optimal service and support

Conduct periodic performance assessment of new system / solution incorporated with technical and related commercial department

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Telecommunications
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in business systems management, resource planning, or a related role.
  • Prior experience in the telecommunications or technical background around the system, tools that will used to serve the business need is strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PP, MW, PPM
  • Advance understanding of telecom billing systems, subscription models, and consumer marketing operations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across technical and non-technical audiences.
