You‘ll make an impact by:
- Building, managing, and growing relationships with existing partners (such as resellers, distributors, or System Integrators) to drive sales and revenue.
- Identify and onboard new sales partners
- Track partner performance and Sales Systematics (opportunities in CRM- Sales Force)
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Support, Order Management, Product, and Service support)
- Product Portfolio: DCS, SCADA, PLC, RTU, Drives, Process Instruments, Cyber Security etc
- Verticals: O&G, Water and Waster Water, Cement, Food & Beverage.
Your success is grounded in
- 5-7 years experience in sales role. Experience in similar verticals and similar product portfolio preferred.
- 2-3 years experience in account management.
- 2-3 years experience in Iraq is essential.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Sales and business development knowledge.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
- Ability to analyze sales data and performance metrics.
- Presentation and training skills.
