Job Identification

The RGM Specialist, Iraq is a position responsible for support the revenue growth management agenda by managing portfolio performance, assisting in revenue planning, and supporting OBPPC initiatives and to be based in Baghdda office.

What we Expect

  • Lead LRP, SBP and BP processes to build Revenue Growth plans and forecasts to achieve KPIs
  • Track & regularly analyse mix trends by Channel/Customer/Segment/Brand/Size/SKU so as to identify opportunities to drive Revenue & Profit
  • Liaise with all regions to gather insights about market/competition trends for New launches, Pack Pricing, Trade investments & Promotions
  • Provide weekly & monthly Volume Forecast Volume Forecasting & Rolling Estimates
  • Co-ordinate with regions and Supply Chain for ensuring availability of stock as per Forecast and RE and decide on key interventions across regions
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all planning and reporting files.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain) to ensure alignment on plans.
  • Tail end analysis, either to improve on the profitability or develop
  • Consensus to eliminate those SKUs from the portfolio

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales & marketing
  • Over 3 years of marketing experience
  • Fluent in English
  • Creative thinking that leads to innovation
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Good at cross-functional team collaboration
  • Result orientation and decision-making skills
  • Good knowledge of CCI Business Systems.
  • Ability to lead and manage cross-function teams, upper management and Corporate
