Divine Real Estate Brokerage Agency (Erbil) is hiring a Real Estate Sales Agent to help local and international clients buy, sell, and rent property in Erbil. The role focuses on lead generation, client consulting, property viewings, negotiation, and guiding deals through closing.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads (buyers, sellers, and tenants) through networking, referrals, and marketing channels.

• Consult clients on requirements, budgets, locations, and best-fit options.
  

• Arrange and conduct property viewings and open houses when needed.
  

• Negotiate offers and coordinate the deal process from first contact to closing.
  

• Prepare and follow up on documents and contracts and ensure a smooth transaction experience.

Requirements

• Proven sales skills .

• Strong communication and negotiation skills; professional client handling.
  

• Good knowledge of Erbil neighborhoods and the local market (or ability to learn fast).
  

• Organized, target-driven, and able to manage multiple clients and listings
  

• Languages: Arabic required; Kurdish and English is a plus.
