Job Description

Beesline is looking for a Sales Manager – Iraq & Syria to drive growth, strengthen our market presence, and lead sales operations across two strategic markets.

Location: Based in Baghdad, with frequent travel to Lebanon and Syria
Lebanese candidates based in Iraq, or open to relocation to Baghdad, are highly encouraged to apply

What you’ll be responsible for:
Developing and executing a country-specific sales strategy aligned with global objectivesAchieving annual and monthly sales targets and tracking performanceDriving market expansion through insights, analysis, and strategic recommendations
Managing the sales budget and ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies
Building strong relationships with distributors, key clients, and partnersCollaborating closely with Marketing, Product Development, and Supply Chain teamsLeading, coaching, and developing the Iraq sales team
Providing regular reporting, forecasts, and competitive market insights

What we’re looking for:
4–6 years of experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in FMCG, cosmetics, or personal care
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Solid understanding of the Iraqi market and its commercial dynamicsStrong analytical skills and business acumen
Based in Baghdad or willing to relocate
