As a Senior Growth Specialist, you’ll own the tools, integrations, and processes that power our growth engine, combining strategy with hands-on execution to optimize systems, drive user acquisition, and deliver scalable solutions with creativity and precision. You’ll collaborate with a mission-driven team, experiment with cutting-edge technologies, and grow your career while leading impactful initiatives in a fast-moving environment.

Key Accountabilities

📈 Product Growth

• Define and update growth problem statements using data-driven methods
• Generate and test hypotheses with low-code/no-code solutions
• Translate proven ideas into scalable processes or product requests
• Implement and optimize growth and analytics tools for seamless data flow
• Test new features to ensure alignment with growth goals

🎯 User Acquisition

• Plan and launch multi-channel acquisition campaigns
• Run A/B tests on creative, messaging, targeting, and budgets
• Track performance, optimize campaigns, and ensure accurate attribution
• Explore new channels and adapt strategies to maximize ROI
• Stay updated on industry trends to refine acquisition tactics

📚 User Education

• Manage and update the reseller guide for onboarding and education
• Ensure content supports a seamless reseller journey
• Collaborate with Creative team on engaging educational formats
• Enhance user adoption through improved learning materials
• Continuously improve the reseller experience

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven track record across digital channels
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms
