We are hiring Senior Systems Engineer to manage and maintain our on-premise and virtualized server infrastructure. The role focuses on ensuring high availability, performance, security, and business continuity across all critical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
·       Manage and maintain VMware ESXi hosts and vCenter Server
·       Administer physical and virtual Windows/Linux servers
·       Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions
·       Monitor system availability and performance
·       Apply system updates, patches, and security configurations
·       Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues
·       Maintain accurate documentation of configurations and procedures
·       Collaborate with IT and security teams to apply best practices
Requirements:
·       Minimum 4 years of experience in systems administration or infrastructure management
·       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
·       Experience in virtualization, systems security, and infrastructure monitoring
·       Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
·       Relevant certifications (e.g., VMware, Microsoft, Linux) are a plus
