Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and managing an efficient, productive, and profitable workshop operation in line with Dealer standards.
  • Leading, supervising, and motivating service team members, including technicians and service advisors, to achieve operational and sales targets.
  • Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and operational strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Planning, developing, and executing programs to improve service performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Training and developing local staff according to operational and manufacturer requirements.
  • Overseeing and controlling day-to-day service department activities.
  • Coordinating and communicating with Head Office and Distributor as required.
  • Preparing and submitting daily and monthly operational and performance reports to management.
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and handling escalated service issues professionally.
  • Ensuring all Service, SSC, and Warranty work complies with Distributor and Manufacturer standards, policies, and procedures.

Education, Job Requirements & Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Service Manager or in a senior service leadership role within the automotive industry.
  • Proficiency in Kurdish and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong knowledge of workshop operations, warranty procedures, volumes, and service processes.
  • Associate’s degree or higher in Automobile Engineering or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and service management systems.
  • Excellent leadership, customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, planning, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong reporting and performance monitoring skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to lead and motivate staff effectively.
