• Can write clear and structured test cases, bug reports, and QA documentation.

• Can manage test cycles, track defects, and collaborate closely with PM, Dev, and Ops.
• Are proactive, detail-oriented, and deliver high-quality validation under tight timelines.
• Can think analytically and break complex flows into simple testable steps.

• Don’t have real SQA experience.
• Don’t enjoy testing or validating products.
• Struggle with detail, documentation, or structured work.
• Don’t push for clarity or fail to follow a test discipline.
• Need micromanagement.
• Aren’t willing to learn and grow in a fast-moving fintech environment.

Bonus Points If You …

• Are certified: ISTQB, CSTE, CTFL, Agile Testing, or similar.
• Have experience with Postman, Swagger, JMeter, Selenium, or Appium.
• Have worked in fintech, digital wallet, or high-security transactional systems.
• Are familiar with API flows, release cycles, staging environments, and test automation.
• Can help shape UAT processes and contribute to release readiness.
