We are looking for Sr. Product Development and Design Engineer with an engineering background to design, develop, and improve products that align with user needs and business objectives. a designer should be able to take on many roles like an entrepreneur, data analyst, user researcher, psychologist, prototype, interaction designer, visual designer.

Key Responsibilities :

• Meeting with business management, marketing, and the R&D team to discuss product ideas
• Conduct market research and analyze competing products
• Design and redesign products to improve functionality, usability, and cost efficiency
• Create design concepts, drawings, and technical specifications
• Oversee prototype development and conduct product testing
• Identify and resolve design, technical, and performance issues
• Support production, implementation, and continuous improvement activities
• Present design solutions to stakeholders and management

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in product design or engineering
• Experience of working on network equipment in an ISP environment, a large NOC or other such company associated with networking.

Skills :

• Product design, development, and redesign
• Prototype creation, testing, and validation
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills
• User- and customer-focused design approach
• Experience with AutoCAD, QGIS, and MS Office
• Knowledge of IP Networking, WAN/LAN, TCP/IP (Cisco experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
• Fluent in English and Arabic
