iCenter is seeking an experienced and highly organized Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize all aspects of our supply chain operations in Iraq. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement, logistics, inventory control, and supplier relationships to ensure a seamless flow of Apple products and services throughout our retail and service channels.

This position requires strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of supply chain processes, and the ability to work closely with Apple’s global logistics systems and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies aligned with business goals
• • Manage vendor relationships, procurement planning, and product sourcing
• • Oversee inventory management and demand forecasting to ensure product availability
• • Coordinate logistics and delivery operations for retail and service locations
• • Monitor warehouse efficiency, stock accuracy, and shipping timelines
• • Collaborate closely with sales, finance, and service teams for seamless operations
• • Ensure compliance with Apple’s standards for inventory and logistics
• • Track and report key supply chain metrics and recommend improvements
• • Manage risk, anticipate supply issues, and provide timely solutions

Qualifications:

• • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain or logistics management, preferably in the retail or technology sector
• • Strong knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management tools
• • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• • Proven ability to manage multiple vendors and negotiate favorable terms
• • Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities
• • Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• • Must be an Iraqi citizen
