Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Project Assessment: Evaluate project plans against current conditions and on-the-ground realities.
- Equipment Coordination (Telecom): Manage the reception of new telecom equipment, ensuring timely communication of relevant details to related departments and implementation teams.
- Technical Preparation: Develop and document required materials and technical solutions for all projects, including new site deployments, capacity upgrades, end-of-service (EOS) activities, antenna renovations, antenna height increases, and additional sector deployments.
- Dispatch and logistic Follow Up: Facilitate and track the dispatch and transportation of materials between implementation teams and Supply Chain Management.
- Technical Issue Resolution: Provide technical guidance and professional solutions to implementation teams to address any arising issues.
- MBTS: Track the movement of Mobile Base Transceiver Stations (MBTS), and provide material list for them in addition to preparing and monitoring new MBTSs to be installed.
- Replacement, and Relocation: Provide support for replacement, and relocation projects.
- IBS Project Support: Provide support for In-Building Solutions (IBS) projects.
- Faulty Materials Management: Track and report faulty materials, coordinating their return and repair with vendors.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Material Return Documentation: Prepare Material Return Authorization Forms (MRAFs) for dismantled materials from all aforementioned projects.
- RAN Training: Deliver Radio Access Network (RAN) training to new staff members and other personnel as required
- Monthly Plan: Support regional deployment teams in region 3 by scheduling monthly plans for the aforementioned projects.
- Review Plans: Review original project plans and compare them to identify and prevent duplicate actions or technical inconsistencies across projects.
Requirements
- BSC degree in engineering (Electrical or communication)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in technology Minimum 1 years’ experience of above as Engineering Field
- Computer skills (Microsoft office)
- Language skills (Arabic and English)
- Having a Valid Engineers Union ID Card.
