Technician (Service)

Bajger Company is looking for a bright and aspiring Candidate for the following vacancy:

• Position: Technician (Service)
• Hours: 8 Working Hours- 6 Days per week (Sat-Thu)
• Location: Sulaymaniah, Kurdistan Region- Iraq

Duties and responsibilities:

• Prompt execution of service repairs requested on the repair order.
• Report additional jobs required in the car with a cost estimate.
• Proper diagnosis and troubleshooting.
• Upkeep tools and equipment in the individual bay as per company standards
• Proper housekeeping of the work bay
• Maintain Check Sheets and Log Sheets
• Request for assistance through Supervisor if required.
• Conduct final inspection as per the SOP.
• Deliver the desired efficiency and productivity as per the targets given.
• Ensure prompt punch-in and punch-out to get the accurate booking hours
• Complete the Learning course and other on-the-job training
• Ensure follow-up of standard operating procedures in the technician role.
• Proper usage of safety measures provided in the workshop.

Education, Job Requirements & Skills:

• · Proficiency in Kurdish, English, and Arabic languages (Spoken and Written).
• · Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• · At Least 1 year experience in Automobile Functions
• · Practical skills and knowledge about Preventive and General repair Jobs
• · Good knowledge and skill in-unit repairs such as Engine overhaul, Gearbox overhaul, Steering gearbox overhaul, and Suspension Overhaul, Etc.
• · Diagnosing the ability to identify noise and vibration-related issues
• · Willing to take the additional responsibility
• · A high level of attention to detail.
• · Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
• · Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
• · Good organization and time-management skills
