Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in insurance, Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field
• Strong communication skills—both written and verbal ( Arabic and English)
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); familiarity with databases is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively, follow instructions

Responsibilities

• Assist with risk assessment & data review
• Support quote preparation, endorsements & renewals
• Communicate with brokers & clients professionally
• Help maintain underwriting files and performance reports
• Learn and grow under experienced underwriters
• Support underwriters by collecting and verifying data (applications, loss history, financial reports)
•  Assist in preparing quotes, binders, endorsements, and renewals
• Maintain and update underwriting databases, policy files, and performance records
• Review risk documentation (e.g., surveys) to assist with risk assessment
•  Communicate with brokers/clients to gather info and follow up on submissions
•  Support compliance with underwriting guidelines, internal policies, and treaty limits
