Overview
HÁWAR.help is seeking a contractor to design and develop a user-friendly website to improve access to Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) services in Duhok, Kurdistan Region of Iraq. The platform will centralize information on health and MHPSS services, provide training resources, and connect users with NGOs and public institutions.

Objectives
The contractor will:

• Develop a responsive, accessible website (WCAG 2.1 compliant).

• Integrate health and MHPSS resources, training materials, and service provider information.

• Ensure cross-device compatibility, data security, and a CMS for easy updates.

• Provide documentation, training, and technical support for 6 months post-delivery.

Deliverables

• Fully functional website with:

  • About, Services (NGO & Public), Contact, News, and Media Gallery pages.

  • Interactive map of Duhok with clickable service providers and details.

  • Resource hub with documents, training materials, and publications.

• Reliable backup system and secure hosting solution.

• Training for staff and technical documentation.

Contractor Profile

• Proven experience in website development (preferably health/education platforms).

• Skills in UI/UX, accessibility, security, and CMS integration.

• Experience in humanitarian/development contexts is an asset.

• Team roles may include: Project Manager, Frontend Developer, Security Specialist, Training/Support Specialist.

Timeline

• Duration: 4 months (Sept – Dec 2025).

• Key phases: concept development, draft & feedback, development/testing, training & handover.
