As a Well Construction Sales Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used.
- Analyzing and adapting to client conditions.
- Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally. Technical, economical, logistical and financial aspects are involved in creating a proposal.
- Handling diverse clients in a region.
- Handling country or large territories

To be successful in this role, you must:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
- Have 5+ years of experience in Account Sales
- Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Have strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Have the ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic field conditions
