• All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, in accordance with the prevailing laws of Iraq.

• User-Generated Content (UGC): This includes, but is not limited to, job postings, CVs, cover letters, comments, messages, and profile information you upload or submit to AridJobs.
  • You are solely responsible for the content you post and transmit through AridJobs. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to post such content and that your content does not violate any third-party rights (including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights) or any applicable laws.
  • You agree that your content will not be illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable. This includes content that could be considered spam, malicious code, or misrepresentation. 
  • AridJobs’s Rights to UGC: You grant AridJobs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in any media, solely for the purpose of operating and promoting AridJobs and its services. 
  • Content Moderation: We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to review, edit, or remove any content that we deem, in our sole discretion, to be in violation of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or applicable laws, or that we otherwise find objectionable. We are not responsible for any failure or delay in removing such content. 

5. License Unless otherwise stated, AridJobs and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on AridJobs (excluding user-generated content, where applicable). All rights are reserved. You may view and/or print pages from https://www.aridjobs.com for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to the following restrictions:

• You must not republish material from https://www.aridjobs.com.
• Sell, rent, or sub-license material.
• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy content (except for your own CVs/applications created through the platform).
• Redistribute content without explicit permission from AridJobs.

6. Hyperlinking to Our Content Approved organizations may link to our website without prior written approval:

• Government agencies
• Search engines
• News organizations
• Online directory distributors when they list us in the same manner as they hyperlink to other listed businesses.
• Systemwide Accredited Businesses (excluding soliciting non-profit organizations, charity shopping malls, and charity fundraising groups which may not link without approval).

Additional links may be approved at our sole discretion for other types of organizations (e.g., community sites, charities, educational institutions, industry associations), provided that the link:

• Is not misleading in any way. 
• Does not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement, or approval of the linking party and its products or services.  
• Fits within the context of the linking party’s site.
