You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to post such content and that your content does not violate any third-party rights (including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights) or any applicable laws.
- You agree that your content will not be illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable. This includes content that could be considered spam, malicious code, or misrepresentation.
- AridJobs’s Rights to UGC: You grant AridJobs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in any media, solely for the purpose of operating and promoting AridJobs and its services.

- Systemwide Accredited Businesses (excluding soliciting non-profit organizations, charity shopping malls, and charity fundraising groups which may not link without approval).
Additional links may be approved at our sole discretion for other types of organizations (e.g., community sites, charities, educational institutions, industry associations), provided that the link:
