Responsibilities:

•  Supervise all mechanical works on site, including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and gas systems.
• Review mechanical drawings and technical specs.
• Review mechanical installations to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Ensure material and equipment compliance.
• Coordinate with electrical, architectural, and civil teams for system integration.
• Review and approve contractor shop drawings and equipment submittals.
• Resolve technical issues in the field and propose practical solutions.
• Prepare periodic progress and quality reports for management.

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems from 10 to 14 years.
• Proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, HAP, and Carrier E20.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues on site and ensure compliance with standards.
• Deep understanding of international building codes (IBC), ACI codes, NFPI codes and material specifications.
• Experience in similar high rise building and mixed-use project.
