Job Description

Summary

Responsible for managing the operational and sale relationship with assigned Main Dealer(s) within a defined geographical area. Driving sales performance, ensuring brand visibility, and maintaining compliance with company policies and standards. Acts as the primary liaison between the company and the Main Dealer, supporting market growth and strengthening the retail footprint through Sub-Dealers (SDs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and sustain strategic partnerships with Main Dealers, acting as the key liaison between the company and the Main Dealers to ensure shared objectives are met.
  • Define clear monthly targets for each Main Dealer based on assigned sectors and provide ongoing support to help achieve these targets through Sub Dealers.
  • Track the performance of Main Dealers and their Reps, ensuring alignment with sales strategies, and submit accurate and timely performance reports to supervisors.
  • Deliver regular training to Main Dealer Reps on Korek products, services, and sales techniques to enhance field efficiency and performance.
  • Keep Main Dealers informed of new product/service launches and ensure they effectively cascade the information to Sub Dealers.
  • Ensure all Main Dealers comply with Korek’s pricing policies, branding standards, marketing guidelines, and contractual terms.
  • Resolve issues and complaints related to Main Dealers, their Reps, and Sub Dealers in a timely and effective manner.
  • Daily visits to Sub Dealers according to the road map plan, conduct random checks, and evaluate Rep performance in the field.
  • Review daily sales reports from Main Dealers, track target achievements, and follow up on performance gaps.
  • Conduct daily stock checks at Main Dealer levels to ensure sufficient availability of Korek products in the market.
