• Supervise a team handling all incoming digital leads and phone calls
• Trains and monitors lead handling to ensure every opportunity is maximized
• Ensures adequate staffing at all times
• Assists in recruitment of new team members as and when required
• Produces detailed analysis of leads received and outcomes
• Makes sure all company policies and procedures are followed
• Conducts periodic follow-ups to assess team performance
• Ensures leads are entered into and categorized correctly in company data system
• Maintain close relationships with company showroom sales departments to ensure quality of information is shared both ways
• Works with company CRM department

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:

• Proven experience in sales environment, with prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field is often preferred.
