Key Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled maintenance and repair tasks on GM vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults using advanced diagnostic tools.
• Execute repairs efficiently while ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization within the workspace and ensure proper care of tools and equipment.
• Coordinate with team leaders or workshop controllers on job status, parts requirements, and repair recommendations.
• Complete job cards and service reports accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure all vehicles are returned in optimal condition, meeting safety and performance expectations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Electromechanical Engineering.
• Previous experience working with General Motors vehicles (Chevrolet, GMC, Cadillac) is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with GM technical systems, service bulletins, and diagnostic procedures is a strong advantage.
• Strong technical, troubleshooting, and repair capabilities.
• Intermediate proficiency in English (reading and speaking).
• Must currently reside in Baghdad.
