Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Greet & Assist Visitors: Welcome customers in person and over the phone, providing a warm and professional first impression
• Handle Enquiries: Answer questions about vehicles, promotions, financing, and services and direct customers to the appropriate sales or service staff
• Appointment Scheduling: Manage bookings for test drives and sales consultations using the showroom’s scheduling system
• Administrative Support: Assist with filing, data entry, and maintaining customer records
• Manage Communications: Screen and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to enquiries promptly
• Maintain Showroom Appearance: Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with up-to-date brochures and promotional materials
• Customer Follow-Up: Assist with post-visit follow-ups, such as thank-you calls or satisfaction surveys
• Assist Sales & Service Teams: Coordinate with staff to ensure seamless customer transitions
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support business needs
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk associate, or in customer service (automotive industry is a plus)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional and welcoming demeanour
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of automotive terminology (preferred but not required)
• Must speak Kurdish and Arabic fluently. (English is a plus.)
